Although the street was pronounced 'Grenfell' as it is constantly referred to on this site;it was actually,spelt GREENFELL!......So perhaps the Editor would care to amend.

John Atkins lived six doors
John Atkins lived six doors down from here. This was the main entrance.
Not far from here - where the David Beckham Academy is now - were huge piles of brieze. Lorries would drive up the mountain of brieze to tip yet more onto it.
